Seinxon Hardware Limited Warranty
Seinxon warrants that your Seinxon hardware product (the “Device”) bought on Seinxon.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year with respect to Devices from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (the "Warranty Period").
If a defect in the Device, arises within the applicable Warranty Period, Seinxon will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws:
(Ⅰ) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (Ⅱ) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Device.
This Warranty does not apply to (ⅰ) Devices you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (ⅱ) where the instructions for use and activation of the Device are not complied with; (ⅲ) where the Device is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device; or (ⅳ) where the Device is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that if you are not satisfied with our product, the original retail purchaser of the product can request a return in its original condition, original receipt, and original packaging within 30 days of the date Seinxon delivered it to the original retail purchaser.
Ⅰ. Application for Return
If your Seinxon order was received less than 30 days ago and it is returned in good condition and in its original packaging, it is eligible for a refund. Seinxon is not responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product for a refund or replacement. You will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the correct return instructions before returning an order.
Ⅱ. Return and Refund Instructions
After submitting your request, we will contact you within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your order and where to return your order.
Ⅲ. Damages and Issues
Damage and Problems Please inspect your order upon receipt, if the product is defective or damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and make it correct.
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
