1. Bluetooth is not turned on or invalid
• Open "Settings > Bluetooth" and make sure it is turned on,
• You can try to turn Bluetooth off and then turn it back on, or restart the phone to refresh the system status.
• Make sure the phone is not in airplane mode and there are not too many Bluetooth devices connected to interfere with the signal.

2.Location service is not turned on
• Go to "Settings > Privacy and Security > Location Services" and make sure positioning is turned on.
• Swipe down to find "Find" and set the permission to "While Using the App" or "Always";
• Turn on "Precise Location" to enable the ultra-wideband (UWB) precise search function (only supports iPhone 11 and above).
3. The iOS system version is too low
• Open "Settings > General > Software Update" to check and upgrade to the latest system;
• If the device does not support iOS 14.5 or above (such as iPhone 6 and below), AirTag will not be able to use it.
4. The battery is exhausted or not installed correctly
• Unscrew the metal cover on the back and replace the new CR2032 battery.
• Make sure the positive and negative poles of the battery are in the correct direction when inserting, and hear the prompt tone.
• Avoid using batteries with bitter coating, which may cause poor contact (Apple official reminder).
5. Find network or iCloud settings that are wrong
• Go to "Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Find", turn on "Find My iPhone" and "Find Network";
• Make sure the device is logged in to a valid Apple ID and turn on "iCloud Keychain";
• Check whether the mobile network connection is stable (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
6.AirTag has been bound to other accounts
• Ask the original owner to enter the "Find" app, click on the AirTag, scroll down and select "Remove Item";
• If you cannot contact the original owner, you can manually reset the AirTag:
• Remove the battery cover and take out the battery;
• Repeat and remove the battery 5 times (press and hold each time until you hear a prompt tone);
• A different sound effect for the 5th time indicates a successful reset;
• After reinstalling the battery cover, pair it with your iPhone at close range.
